Pieces ship from their makers

Each piece is shipped directly by its maker, from their workshop or warehouse. Whoever ships it, your order is with ASIF-Company Inc., and we answer to you for it.

Live stock

Availability on every page is read live from our makers. If a piece sells out or its price changes while you are browsing, we tell you and update your bag before you pay — never after.

Delivery windows

Each piece shows how soon its maker ships it and about how long delivery takes within Canada. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, before you pay. Hand-knotted rugs travel by insured delivery and show their own delivery window.

Split shipments

Each piece ships from its maker and may arrive separately. You receive tracking for each parcel.

Canada only, for now

Some pieces are currently delivered within Canada only. Their page says so, and checkout will only offer delivery to a Canadian address for them.

Returns

You can return most pieces within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Rugs, too, may be returned within 30 days; their return freight is paid by the buyer. The full policy explains the exceptions.

Notify me

When a piece is unavailable, leave your email under “Notify me when it returns”. We write once, when it returns, and nothing else. Joining the Private List is a separate choice you make yourself.
