Who makes the pieces?

Independent makers and houses make the pieces we carry, and many ship them to you directly. Whoever ships it, your order is with ASIF-Company Inc., and we answer to you for it.

How do I care for my pieces?

Each piece arrives with the maker's care notes. For cleaning, mending or a repair, write to care@asif.company and we will arrange it with the maker. Every piece carries the legal warranty provided by law, and any maker's warranty shown on its page.

Can I order a gift wrapped?

Write to care@asif.company before you order and we will tell you what the maker of your piece can offer for wrapping and a note.
