Shipping Policy

We deliver to Canada, the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, every country of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Israel. Checkout shows only the countries we can deliver to.

Each piece at ASIF ships directly from the house or atelier that made it. If your order includes pieces from more than one maker, it may arrive in several parcels, on different days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking for each parcel.

Orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days of dispatch in Canada and the United States, and within 7 to 20 business days of dispatch elsewhere, depending on where the piece ships from and on customs. Pieces made to order follow their own timing, shown on each product page, before they are dispatched.

Standard delivery, per order, in Canadian dollars (checkout shows the amount in your currency):

• Canada: $15, complimentary on orders of $250 or more
• United States: $20, complimentary on orders of $300 or more
• United Kingdom and European Union: $35, complimentary on orders of $500 or more
• All other countries we deliver to: $45, complimentary on orders of $600 or more

Very large pieces, such as furniture, may carry their own delivery charge. When they do, it is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

When a piece crosses a border to reach you, your country may charge import duties and taxes. Unless checkout shows them as included, they are not part of our prices or shipping charges, and the carrier may collect them from you on delivery. We are glad to provide any documents you need.

Our house rests on Sundays. Orders placed on a Sunday are prepared from Monday.
