Cancel my contract

Reserve sells high-ticket goods, and we would rather you cancel cleanly than keep something that isn’t right. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. This page is how you use it.

The 14-day right of withdrawal

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, no reason required. If we did not inform you of this right, the period extends by up to 12 months. The exact window, who pays return freight, and any restocking terms for a given piece are disclosed on its product page before you buy.

The 2-year statutory guarantee

Separately from any manufacturer warranty, EU consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. This right is not affected by, and sits alongside, the manufacturer and Concierge Assurance terms shown on each piece.
