If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel a Reserve purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Complete and return this form — or any other clear statement — to exercise that right. Where a piece is delivered in parts, the period runs from the last part.

I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods:

• Return the completed form by email; we will confirm receipt without delay.
• You must send back or hand over the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
• For bulky Reserve goods, the return-transport cost estimate for your region is shown on the product page before purchase.
• A refund is issued within 14 days of your notice; we may withhold it until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return.
